Breathe Deep Albany is an untimed 5K walk/fun run around the scenic Crossings of Colonie Park. The course is friendly to wheelchairs, strollers, and pets (as long as they are kept on a leash). Breathe Deep Cincinnati is a grassroots event planned and managed by the men of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at the University of Cincinnati. After a brother of the fraternity lost his father to lung cancer, this group of scholars, leaders, athletes, and gentleman knew that they wanted to not only raise money for lifesaving cancer research, but also spread awareness about the disease. 100% of the proceeds go to LUNGevity Foundation to fund lung cancer research.

This year’s event is in special memory of Monica Barlow, public relations director for the Baltimore Orioles. Breathe Deep Lake Arlington is your choice of a 2- or 4-mile walk to raise money for critical lung cancer research. The course is friendly to bicycles, wheelchairs, strollers, and rollerblades – sorry, no dogs allowed. Our DJ will provide the morning’s soundtrack, and refreshments will be available! Be sure to arrive in time to have your team photo taken by our professional photographer. Awards will be given to the top fundraising team and top fundraising individual.
